Specialized Ski Workshop – List of Services

Base tuning and maintenance for alpine skis, ski touring, telemark, cross-country skis, and snowboards

For minor base damage, the repair process begins with the manual application of filling material. In the case of more heavily worn bases, we use an automatic base extruder to ensure even coverage across the entire ski surface. If there are large scratches, a dedicated base patch is inserted. For deep core damage, a special bonding agent is applied to ensure optimal adhesion of the repair material.

All repairs are initially rough-shaped by hand, then finished with a belt grinder. Finally, the ski is perfectly leveled and structured using the Wintersteiger Mercury robot, ensuring high-precision performance.
