The Customer declares that he/she is at least 18 years of age and has the capacity to contract on the Internet. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse a booking in the event of serious or previous default on the part of the Customer or, in any case, disputes with the same.

Every item offered, barring errors, corresponds exactly to that available at the Rental Centre, that the Centre itself has confirmed is available for rental.

The rental price, hereinafter referred to as 'Price', of the booking is only as stated on the Website at the time of booking and is determined in line with various parameters: category of item booked by the Customer; selected rental period; quantity of items booked; special offers during the period; additional services. Subject to the above parameters, the Customer understands that the Rental Rates, Discounts and Reductions shown on this Website apply to every Affiliate Rental Centre. The Prices shown include any administration costs and taxes, unless otherwise specified. Prices, and discount and reduction conditions are subject to change, without prejudice that the invoice price is determined based on the terms and conditions in force at the time of booking.

To make a Booking on the Website, the Customer selects the Affiliate store from which they intend to rent the item, then chooses the category or the piece of equipment they wish to book. After selecting the item the Customer will be required to confirm their booking. The Customer must specify the surname and the name of the person who is going to use the booked item, and any other data necessary to ensure the equipment is properly prepared.

The Customer must pay the Supplier, for the service offered (Article 4 of these GSCs), the total amount shown in the shopping cart. Any balance of the Rental Price, as per the booking, should be paid by the Customer directly to the Affiliate Rental Centre according to the booking terms.

The booking only becomes firm subsequent to payment, which can only be made online by credit card or other methods provided by the system. Payment will only be considered firm once the Supplier has received the Payment Card confirmation. Should the payment not go through successfully, the Supplier reserves the right to cancel the booking. In this case, the Customer will be informed by e-mail. Upon successful receipt of the payment, a booking confirmation e-mail will be sent by the Supplier to the Customer, containing the booking invoice and the rental voucher with all the information relating to the booking. At the same time, the Affiliate Rental Centre to which the booking relates, will be automatically informed of the booking and will set aside the relevant items ready for collection.

Prior booking is essential both for the Customer and Affiliate Rental Centre. It comes into force only upon payment of the amount due as stated in the paragraphs above in these GSCs, which can then be produced by the Customer by displaying the voucher containing the confirmation of payment and the booking details. To finalise the booking, the Affiliate Rental Centre undertakes to rent out the booked item in accordance with the procedures established both in the booking and in these GSCs, while the Customer undertakes to receive the booked item in the same manner.

A booking can be changed in terms of category and/or the size of the booked item (see point 8-1) or in terms of numbers of items (see point 8-2).
8-1: Item type and size: all changes to category and/or size of a booked item are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate Rental Centre to which the Customer's booking is directed. For all changes of this nature, Customers should contact the Rental Centre directly who will handle the change requested. The Rental Centre will accept the Customer's change request as long as the required product is available in the Centre. Acceptance of such a change by the Rental Centre concerned will have no effect on what was previously paid pursuant to clause 5 of these GSCs. The effect on the Rental Price of the acceptance of such an amendment will be taken into account at the time of the Rental, subject to the conditions set forth in clause 5 of these GSCs.
8-2: On the Internet, an item cannot be added to a booking once it has been made, so should a Customer wish to book an additional item, they need to make another booking for that item, again through the Website.

As the Seller makes Bookings on the Website in the name of, and on behalf of Affiliate Rental Centres, it will not be held liable for any defect in the supply of the item booked on behalf of the Affiliate Rental Centre. In the event of a force majeure, Affiliate Rental Centres will not be held liable for any delay in making booked items available. Nor will third parties be held liable for any delay in the return of rented items in the case of a force majeure.
However, in the event that the Affiliate Rental Centre is unable to provide the Customer with the items booked, the Centre will do everything possible to provide the Customer with equal or superior quality item(s), without prejudice,and should the item(s) be wholly unavailable the Centre undertakes to refund the Customer the total amount paid or the booked item(s). Booked items will be reserved for 24 hours from the start date of the rental. After this deadline, if the items are not collected, they will be reoffered for rental, and any refund to the Customer will be forfeited.

Since the Supplier is limited to receiving web based bookings in the name of, and on behalf of, Affiliate Rental Centres, the Supplier refuses all liability, nor can it be held liable for damage of any kind, any fault on the part of a Rental Centre, or any failings regarding quality of items made available to the Customer by the Rental Centre.

The Customer has the right to cancel within 14 days from the date of the booking confirmation, or at least no later than 3 days before the start of the rental. In line with the terms stated above, the refund will comprise 100% of the total paid, excluding any additional costs (activation and/or administration charges, etc.) where relevant.
After the date stated on the booking voucher, the Client will receive no refund.
Some special deals may guarantee more flexible conditions, such as full refund until the day before the first day of rental.
Collection of the booked item(s), should it occur prior to the stated cancellation date, effectively waives the right of cancellation. Cancellations should be made before the stated deadline by sending an email, with booking voucher attached, to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Upon receipt of the cancellation request, both parties are freed from their respective obligations concerning the booking. A refund will be made by the Supplier, in the name of, and on behalf of, the Affiliate Rental Centre, within 15 days of the date of receipt of the cancellation request.

The personal data relating to both the Client and person(s) cited by them are required solely for the processing of the booking. The Supplier undertakes to treat and protect this data under the terms of the privacy section of this Website, in full accordance with the current privacy legislation.

The Supplier grants Customers limited license to access and use the Website for their personal use only. Under no circumstances does this License grant the Customer the right to download or modify the Website in whole or in part without prior consent of the Supplier. This license does not allow any other use, particularly commercial, of the Website or its contents including: products, prices, product descriptions, data, software, graphics, images, photographs ...). The entirety of all features of this Website, whether audio or visual, including the technology used, remains the property of the Supplier and is protected by copyright and enjoys industrial property protection.

All Rental complaints are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate Rental Centre as named on the Booking Order form and indicated in the booking confirmation receipt, which will remain the Customer's sole counterparty.
